Thanks, Mick...I'm looking at long range temperature forecast and giving serious thought to opening up later this month. I could spend a couple days a week up there and start to build the new dock sections. It'll give me time to do all the Spring cleanup work around the two houses down here.

MarCUZ, prayers out for your sister.

Prayers brother, you're all in them. I'll toss extra her way too.

She's at 75% yes right now. She joined a real estate agency and she's focusing on getting back up to speed professionally. It wasn't a good year for her financially due to COVID and all the medical crap she went through. But, I told her I want her to make the trip my birthday present, which happens during WS21. Now that I played that card I think there's a good chance she will make it.

Scary stuff Mark. But she is getting help and that's a great thing. Prayers sent.

While dealing with the sick dog this morning, the other two escaped the back yard. The fence is wood and is rotting. It needs to be replaced, no question about that. I'm considering my options. I can have a chain link fence put in, or build one using (probably) 2"x2" 14g square tube and cattle panel. I'm in the country, so an industrial fence is rather suitable.

I've put it off too long and it needs to be addressed. After that, the driveway needs to be redone. The joys of home ownership.
