Jeff, they want to tell you a low price over the phone so there is no record of it, you get in there, they jack up the price believing you'll buy it since you made the trip. They'll move on to an easier target.
Not riding yet, but will swap out my unit for the bike today at lunch. Gonna be windy and cool, but otherwise dry. I have something to attend after shuffle today.

Chris, I figured as much and I don't have time for shenanigans just tell me what it costs and if I think it's fair I write the check. If not I counter. It's a crazy business model but lots of dealerships do it. When I bought my Tacoma last year I could not even get this one dealership to tell me the price of the vehicle standing right there beside the truck. It was crazy. Finally I found one that just told me what they were asking. I told them what I would have to have for my Jeep and after some negotiating we settle within $500 of starting point. That is how it's done.
