re-Morning, Woods....just finished a delicious breakfast of pancakes made with milk and blueberries (for nutritional value). Don't tell Bob but I used the Kodiak mix. I opened the cabinet and had three choices..Bisquick, Krusteaz and Kodiak mixes. Being the hardy outdoorsman type, I couldn't resist the Kodiak box...

I still have some Kodiak. Do you use buttermilk with the buttermilk mix, or just milk? I fear using too much buttermilk made them too dense. They were amazing though.

Hey, Chris...just milk and sometimes an egg. Keeping it simple because I'm just learning to cook. Going to have to learn how to cook supper meals, if not, I'm going to be eating a lot of eggs, pancakes and waffles at the lake.

Thank you Al, but you just described the perfect meal. Add steak to that mix and BBQ here and there, you'd never have to leave.
