Holy hell that's a lot of money for that place! I guess it all comes down to location. My sister has a house about that size in Denver worth about the same or more. It's mind boggling to me.

As my friend Bob says....I can think of lots of better ways to spend 2 grand.

 

Holy crap that is a lot of money for a cracker box. We were looking at a second summer home comparable to that one and they were in the $50-$75K range. Here in Florida it would be about $120-$150K depending on location. I guess it is relevant to the cost of living in the area and average incomes.
