K. I better take a deeper dive through the the pantry.

 

The girls had Garlic Butter and I had Hot. Both are phenomenal. Just an old mom and pops joint next to a barber shop.

When the pandemic first hit here last year they stayed open but carry out only except for one table outside. We went in and ordered. When I asked for a beer Jerry said, I can't give you beer to take outside. I responded that he could pour it in a styrofoam cup and no one would know the difference. He laughed and said I was right and poured me a beer in a cup.

 

I don't eat that stuf straight, add about a quarter cup each of milk and shredded Mexican 3 or 4 cheese mix, tablespoon of ancho pepper, teaspoon of chipotle pepper (I don't use measuring stuf, just guestimate) and chop up some chorizo or andouille in it. Actually has some flavor then. Almost forgot, I shred some feta cheese on top, too. Oh yeah, is it healthy? I suspect that when you fix it so it has some flavor, it isn't anymore. If it ever was in the first place.

 

I was thinking about what to fix for dinner, and just remembered I have a few boxes of Kraft mac mix. Bought for the grandkids, of course. No chorizo, but I have andouille. Stan, we could have dinner together, just social distancing a hundred miles or so...
