I am not interested currently in obtaining my pot card but in Florida it does not affect your ability to purchase ammo or have a concealed weapon permit. Our Secretary of Agriculture, who runs the CWP program is in the D party and she has both a permit and a pot card. At least that is what she says. All states are different thank godness, YMMV.

Not to be a stick in the mud, but... Most states are unable to perform a quantitative analysis which determines how much THC is in the gummy, or any product in general. Depending on state laws, this could keep you from being able to legally purchase firearms and/or ammo in the future. I'd check the state laws and find out what it governed first. Lou is in a state, of all places, that he's fine. You may not be.
The field test kits that we use on the streets test cannabinoids. They do not test the amount or certain one and there are hundreds. Basically, CBD pops positive on a THC test and there's no way to prove it's only CBD and not a high concentration of THC.

Wisconsin is an island surrounded by cannabis legal states (Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota). Iowa is holding out with us. That said, many people here flock to the borders and load up for recreational use. I will say, cannabis is a good sleep aide.

Yeah, nothing screams "Do not mess with me!" like a tacticool clad, open carry, Punisher hoody wearin old man with a beer gut. Preferably wearing some flesh colored Rockports and a "Don't run, you'll only die tired" ball cap.
