Al, I'm going to agree with your wife; it sounds disgusting. But someone experimented with buttermilk at some point. My fear with chocolate milk would be, chocolate milk uses corn strch to make it more viscous and I'm not sure how that would react to the mix or affect the final results.

I don't think you use chocolate milk, I think you use cocoa powder.
