I've become a fan of the Hurdy Gurdy too, since we're on the topic of musical instruments. She's easy on the eyes, so don't you worry your little head.

OK, finally made it through the gauntlet that was obviously designed to weed out those that do not appreciate bagpipes and service has been approved for my dad-gum fridge again.

There is a “new and improved” service kit that is supposed to fix the icing up in the KitchenAid fridge. The tech who was here this morning says it probably won’t work but we have to go through the motions in order to get a new fridge on the extended warranty.

The fridge still works, just not like it should.

I know a guy that plays the hammer dulcimer. Of course he lives in West Virginia.

I find videos like this absolutely fascinating. Especially the craftsmanship that goes into an instrument.
