Lady friend and I got our first vaccine shot this morning, second day of the new county program. State program is complicated but the county really has their act together, simple website, simple procedure. Only two places to get the shot, but one is only 3 miles from me, and they have an appointment system that doesn't create lines that can last for hours. Whole thing from getting out of the truck to getting back in took just over an hour, and 15 minutes of that was just sitting in a room where they could watch for allergic reactions.

Seems like it's been a long day, usually they go by too fast, except when the grandkids are here and I feel like going to bed by noon.

Al - when you've walked several minutes on the treadmill, does it take a moment to get back in solid floor mode again? By a half mile, the first 2 or 3 steps off it feel kinda weird to me.

Mike, I haven't noticed that. There are times when I'm just walking normally I may miss a little bit of a step because of the Weebles. On the treadmill, i have to have at least one hand on something to keep my balance. I found that reading a book on my tablet makes the time go faster.

They're still trying to pin more charges on that cop in Minnyapolis. This government seems determined to put him in jail for life, guilty or not. Even if they hung him from a highway overpass and televised him kicking till he strangled, I'd still expect riots again this year. Protests have already started.

Al, I lose my cadence if I don't put a hand on something, don't have to hold on, just rest it there. Guess that helps my brain compute how fast to go. I can do it hands free, but really have to concentrate, gets tiring real quick. Haven't tried reading a book, mostly watch youtube videos and news while on it. I'm learning how to cook more food and traveling the back roads of South Africa. Did you know most of the people there are black?

No Doc, it's a beautiful bike. Let's see some pics of that beautiful bike.

She looks like she's enjoying a cold one Dave, but I could be wrong. So hopefully it's frozen the right way and won't give you hassle for a long time.

Stan, how'd you get that pic of Lou? That's crazy! 🤪

Getting ready to make supper. I don't cook much. Been learning so I can feed us at WS. So uh yeah, I'm just warning you now haha.
