Now THAT'S good customer service! Wish I had had relationship like that with these guys. But I do have a good relationship with Discount Tire and ordered new tires for the F250 today. Saved a touch over $400 because a guy I did some custom work for is friends with the local manager here and made a call for me.

It always pays to know people!...

 

I have learned that treating people well always comes to you. I try to be helpful and kind to everyone. I've also had my fair share of cracking skulls, because sometimes people need that too.

But yes, it absolutely pays to know people.

 

or at least make them feel good about what they're doing.....I got over 4 grand knocked off the home improvement bill.....
