The street light went out in front of the house. I planned to call it in later when weather warmer....didn't not want the energy crew out in the cold on account of a street light. I went out and cleared drive this morning and saw the utility truck drive through. Couple minutes later he is at the light changing out the bulb. Went back out and thanked him for doing this...told him I planned to call it in later in the spring, I didn't want them out in the cold doing this bs stuff. He laughed and said this is his job. I guess city/township wanted to change from the old halogen to new LED....and the new lights are too bright and people complain!!! Poor babies! So they are putting in after market LED until they higher ups decide what they want. So I guess we'll have some light out in the street in front of the house. After listening to those of you struggling with no power, I can't help but feel some of our little problems are not a big deal. Like the vaccine.... there are others out there who need this more than I do....like the utility worker out taking care of us!!!
Y'all be careful out there.....

Be careful Denny. That street light out means you may see a van parked in front of your house. That van may claim to have free motorcycle parts. DO NOT get in the van Denny! There is only rape and murder in that van.
It's 52° and climbing. FedEx hasn't shown up yet. I'm making myself sick waiting.

Yeah Al, the FedEx truck. Thank you Stan. Someone cares. I'm noticing Bob is ignoring me again. That's fine... lol
