TOAK, The Thread of All Knowledge Part XIII
So, you think I should ask Al then ?
my dad had 5 other kids besides me , Last 5 years of his life were the best 5 years of mine..........nothing bothered me or him it seemed......we lived right next door to each other. Gave me more wisdom in mechanics then most get in a school.........every day a father dies another library burns down.

Al, a response via meme hardly seems an apropos reply to a matter of such urgency and import, unless the little meme guy is a bona-fide spokesman for Diamond L / C-level staff.
Stan, "urgency and import?" I'll have to look that up but I don't recall seeing it in the Diamond L manual. On occasion, we have handled some "emergency" requests which I assume are similar to "urgency and import" . But those are usually preceded by a whole bunch of dollar signs. e.g. $$$$$$$ EMERGENCY REQUEST $$$$$.

Bill.... I like your last statement.... every day a father dies, another library burns down... That's a great analogy. Lots of knowledge will die with them. I hope I have shared enough with my son and grandsons. I know my dad shared a lot with me.
