Halito y'all. Read that insert about Amberina's uncle. Poor devil. Such a nice guy who wouldn't rob someone of their backpack without knowing what was in it. Plus what, 54 convictions or something on his criminal record? How could a nice Christian man be subjected to this? I would love to hear the outcome of this. Especially from the family's side.

My issue with criminals is they try to hurt the weak. They actively make the world worse for having existed. This idiot picked on someone he thought was weaker and was proved wrong. The world is officially slightly better today.

Well Amberina got me in trouble. We have company and I was relating the tale as a position of defense against Cheryl's assertion that I'm on HDF just gabbing about nothing. So I started in to my "Oh yeah...." speech replete with my imitation of what Amberina must surely sound like - which of course was a deep southern twang. Once I was done, my friend, from North Carolina, said - "So is that the voice you use when imitating stupid people - a southern drawl?"

I was quick to state that my southern voice was clearly Arkansas and not the much higher echelon North Carolina twang. I don't think it helped.
