TOAK, The Thread of All Knowledge Part XIII
Morning Greg - Cold one there eh'
Mick I think if Tonya and I were traveling together on two bikes my free pass would not cover her entrance fees. If we were on the same bike, she would get in for free.
The current Annual Pass allows for two signatures on the back of the card which account for 2 motorcycles. The new free program for veterans and Gold Star Family Members doesn't issue an Annual Pass. For purposes of this program, a veteran is identified as an individual who has served in the U.S. Armed Forces, including the National Guard and Reserves, and is able to present one of the following forms of identification when entering a national park:

Essentially we will be buying an Annual Pass for her if we plan to hit the National Parks again. Kinda sucks that they didn't include the 2nd bike allowance with the new freebie.
Russ, if I was any happier they'd have to cut back on my medication.

Morning Woods from -9 Minnesota.
Rick, sorry to think the pass would only cover you and not the veterans immediate family member, but looks that way. Could always call the nearest National Park for feedback too.
Quite a story Jeff. There is way too much of that stuff going on and will likely get worse. Different breed of cat out there today. Motion lights good idea. Vampires don't like light.
My 9 year old 55" TV died last night. Guess I'll go look for a replacement 60" or bigger ?

Senior citizens 62 or older can get a lifetime National Parks pass. I can't remember if there was a fee...maybe $20?
Thanks Al and Mick.
