Nice that Vets get free access to the National Parks.
My pass I bought last year doesnt expire until August. Already paid itself off tho just between visits to Badlands and Devil's Tower.

I am wondering if you can still put a second motorcycle on the pass. Tonya and I can use our pass individually or together and it gets both bikes in. Wondering if that still holds true under this new free pass for veterans.

Rick, according to their website it covers all on the bike. Families from India would save about $300 per visit!

But does it cover a 2nd bike? My current pass does.

Headed to pick up some devices to turn my flood lights on the perimeter of the house into motion activated. Also ordering a driveway alert system to install around the perimeter. Apparently someone broke into my neighbor's garage and stole one of his 4-wheelers. He had if for sale on Offer Up and he thinks it's the guy that came to look at it came back to steal it. Probably was. It appears they picked it up and put it over the fence into my yard and rolled it through my yard and out the gate. They are some scuff marks on the fence and yesterday when I went through the gate to take that big limb into the back I noticed it was not properly latched. The two gates were installed too close to each other and the latch will only go down if you open both sides and slide it down as they come together. Once they are shut it will not come down. I knew that I was the last one through the gate and could not figure how it got that way. Now I know. I don't think it was random and he was targeted due to the ad but it is a small investment so I am installing the stuff. I am shocked they came through my yard and Scooby did not alert. It is possible they did it after dark but still early. He noticed the garage outside light was out at 9:30 the night before and thought the bulb must have burned out. When he got home yesterday he went to put a new bulb in but found it was actually busted out and of course the door was pried open. That means they were here after dark and before 9:30. Scooby may not have been able to hear because the wife would have had the TV on. She is a little hard of hearing and plays it a little loud. When it is quiet Scooby alerts if someone walks by out on the street. On the farm she would alert when a critter, especially a coyote came new the house. My next door neighbor has a big street lamp mounted up high that lights up the area of my gate nicely but last night when I went out to get the mail I noticed it was not on and it was pitch dark right down through the path they would have taken. I thought maybe that light was busted too but this morning when I got up before sunrise I noticed it was shining bright. He must turn it on when he turns in. I guess I need to talk to all the neighbors and let them know what is going on. This is a nice little community of only 32 homes in a fairly rural area. We need to put up gates on the two ways to get in. It's deed restricted but there is no HOA or fees. I'd be willing to pony up my share for installation and maintenance of gates. The streets, only three, are maintained by the county so I do not think it is possible.
