G'Morning, Doc, Chuck, Greg.......happy to say that I had no reaction to the second vaccine shot. I really don't need any more sh*t piled on me now. Not sure how my wife did, she's still asleep.
Had a nice walk this morning, 66 degrees with a nice somewhat rare view of sunlight coming through the window, glad I can take my walks in the living room. Only about a half mile at a time, feet don't like much more than that. Al, you getting much use outta that new walking machine yet? I think mine has a slow speedometer, 4 mph on the store demonstrator was a pretty fast walk, I could manage 5 briefly; 4 on mine is a trot and 5 is flat out running. I don't do running. Folded up, it also takes up a lot more space than I expected, one of these days need to re-arrange the living room for it. I haven't tried putting the toddler on it and hitting the 12mph button yet, wonder how far across the room he'd go...
Mike, I try to do 2-3 miles a day depending on how much my calves cramp up. On snow clearing days, I don't use the treadmill. I calculated out and verified on my phone that I walk about 1 1/2 miles when I clear snow. Good exercise when I use the small blower since I have to do a little pushing. The big one I just steer. Those speeds you have are the same as mine. 3.75 and up, I have to light jog...my body hasn't jogged in 30 yrs and it's never going to run.
