Never had a Springer.
As cool as they are, and I would certainly enjoy having one, are they not that much fun to drive with that front end configuration?
Springers are very smooth, to a point. Once the road eats up the minimal travel they become harsh. But on a normal road they work pretty great. The other thing is the steering head angle is more slack than I like. Makes the steering heavy and difficult for counter steering. But I believe that carries across the Softail lineup save for the Fat Boy and Heritage.

Best looking bikes they ever made imo.

Actually I was doing a workout. And I'm nice! But sometimes the truth hurts.
After getting in trouble I removed the decal from the fender. I was then advised to post a photo as evidence but wearing only underwear. I respect you and declined to do so. Just a fair warning, there is one among us that would cause chaos.

We just got back from a really nice ride. She was on her Deluxe of course and I rode the Springer. I have been riding Jerry a lot since taking off the sidecar. We stopped at our favorite eatery and had some grub. Now I am ready for the Bucs to win the trophy.
