Always fun to watch them train the colts. Some nice horses. Had to help fix a gate that got broke. Good as new now.

I made a pizza on naan bread last night, thought I made it same as always, but wow, by far the tastiest one I ever made that way, better than most conventional pizzas I've had. And I didn't even have any bacon to put on it, my must have secret ingredient. Must have bacon for the next one, should be even better. Naan bread is Greek, usually oval, not real thick. I fry it in a skillet with a little olive oil, when it browns slightly, flip it over, put the ingredients on, cover the skillet and low heat till the cheese melts and it's browned slightly on the bottom, which also makes it crunchy. Sucks in a microwave, gets real soft, almost soggy.

Time to catch up, 8 pages to go. Get a cup of coffee first.

Got around 3" of white stuf this morning, light powder, no big deal, didn't even get a snowplow or salt. Yet, anyway, guess the day ain't over. This cuppa coffee turned out ok, some kind of ground, Sam's Club doesn't have the beans I liked anymore, new brand tastes burned.

Moving more heavy stuff around today, trouble with working on a house you live in (and babysit in), to do almost anything I have to move something that has to be moved back out of the way shortly after. This week my granddaughter asked why does the house always look different every time she comes over? I could ask her the same question, her house gets a lot more "different" than mine does, new bedroom suite being added to the house, a kitchen wall removed, new floors, new cabinets, new appliances, all in the last couple months. Be nice if they'd just bought that house across the street from Russ instead, they could afford it. Then I could have bought a live in toy hauler, lived in Russ's big driveway and be his pool boy...
