Only reason why I’m asking is that after riding for 200-400 miles, between my shoulders would kill me. After 2 years of riding like this (plus massages, chiropractors etc) I ended up buying taller bars with pull backs. After that, I’ve never had shoulder pain.
Go for a good ride and see how it feels for you.

The cables and lines allow for a 14" bar without modification. I spent a fortune on putting apes on the Springer. I'm done. I want to ride and enjoy it. I've grown up.

Thats why I said to go for a good ride. Being that your 2” taller, it may work just fine.
