Morning MIck. I didn't know that either. I add Startron to my gas cans to extend the shelf life. I also only put "real" gas in the cans. And bikes now that I think about it.

 

Never heard that before, either. I have gas that is probably 3 months old in mine and it is running just fine.

If Chris' issue is sputtering/intermittent power I would start with fuel delivery...not bad fuel. His bike hasn't sat long enough for the fuel to go bad.

 

Morning Woods, Hope All are well today. Storm coming in and Tammy dragging me along to look at Granite slabs to replace our aging kitchen countertop.
When we had the Road Glide 2020 summit, it was conceded that there would be new countertops at Casa De Tammy.
I'll be lurking, and maybe I can find a granite accessory for the Fugly.

Besides my internal gas going bad, the only gas I know of that goes bad quickly is the 2-cycle mix, which seems to go bad about 3 minutes after mixing it.
