Not to be negative, but maybe I can get some advice. Just started the day, my head and my body hurts. No, I'm not sick. Migraine coming on and I have shooting nerve pain in my back spreading to my shoulders. Usually it's under control. I'm seen by the VA and have an appointment today. May be my last with this person, don't know yet. Anywhozit, I'm taking the day off tomorrow and hopefully the weather holds well enough to ride. If not, I'll learn a new song or something. Funeral to attend on Saturday. Club brother lost his wife in a fight with Covid couple months back and the service is happening now.
Called Mustang about my backrest and pillion. Still haven't been made but still on order. I'm saving as much as I can for the trip. Gonna look into a windshield too, the one I have buffets at 75 and I can't get it to stop. It's better without. I wear a FF anyway.
I appreciate those that have checked on me. I can't put it into words how much I appreciate that. I'm okay, just very stressed. I'm a very happy go lucky guy typically, I swear!

Morning Chris. In speaking with an Occupational Therapist, he said the majority of shoulder and neck pain is caused by poor posture. He further explained that each inch that your head hangs forward places an additional 30 pounds of strain on your neck. Your ear should be in line with your shoulders.
He also said that using one of these every day for 5 minutes is the cure. It makes your pull back your shoulders and stretches the muscles that have contracted through poor posture. Lay on it with it going down your spine, let your shoulders relax.

I’m also considering 10” bars to get my hands a little closer to me. I have to reach a little and it puts a strain on my lower back. It’s the same on my Road King, I think HD does it that way on purpose.
