Well....my alcohol free January has yielded results. I cut my triglycerides in half. Still not ideal at 240, but way better than 480. Unfortunately cholesterol went up a bit. I need to boost my HDL levels. It's strange because Cheryl uses olive oil (no saran wrap) for everything. Looks like if I add coconut oil to my coffee it would help.
Bob as someone who struggles with this, I have found that daily dose of 2400mg of fish oil will help. It also has positive effects on your HDL and LDL.

Hello Mick, hope you’re doing well. Long day of aircraft ops here, they tried to lure me into the airplane to go fly with them but after spending thousands of hours in the back of those things, I’m cool staying behind.

Good to see Rob has finally settled on a date because it doesn’t seem to be getting better.

Glad you are making progress Bob. I do coconut oil and unsalted butter in my coffee every morning.

Thought today was your go home day, Russ.

I installed a new kitchen faucet yesterday. Probably not the best moves for my back.

No I’m here until Tuesday, milking this one out for a bit. You’re right Mick, I’ve been under those sinks installing those things and there is NOTHING comfortable about it. I hope you didn’t undo some progress.

Good evening all. Brunswick stew on done in containers cooling. Tomorrow distribution to a couple of neighbors and we all enjoy it on a cold day. 6'ish hours from start to finish.
