Eavning all. Had to stop by Walmart for vac seal bags. Going to cut and bag the piggy tomorrow morning. Mama is making room in the freezer. 300 lb pig and probably take home 200 pounds in meat. Won't see the hamms and bacon for a few months.

Thanks. It's actually a stainless steel knife from a cane cutter for pruning the vineyard. Very hard steel. I have the scales and decorative pins picked out. Have a second blade for a second one as well.

When the grape vines get all green and bushy you have to trim back the canopy to get light to the fruit and it makes harvesting easier.
