Afternoon, Al. Dreary overcast day here.

 

Hey, Mick...33* and sunny. Warm enough to take my truck to car wash. Gained some "husband points" by not only fixing her Oreck vacuum which was sparking but also blew $15 on new brushes and belts. At the rate I'm going with "husband points", I could be back up to 0 by summer. Knowing me, I'll be back in the negative column by end of summer or sooner.

 

You might want to consult Bob. He gets Cheryl to do minor electrical repairs.

 

There is hope for her. After 47 yrs of marriage, she learned how to change a light bulb since I wasn't around to do it. Fixing a broken wire inside of a vacuum??? Never happen. She just said " I have to buy a new one".

 

What, she thinks you're made of cornbread?

 

She must !...She has 4 other ones on various floors plus the hand held stairs ones. She can't be just squandering money like that....I have stuff to buy!

 

I feel your pain. Sherri looks at vacuums every time we go somewhere that stocks them.

 

I have 5 different ShopVacs...Bought 2 new Ridgid ones this year...

 

You have 6 or 7 garages to clean, she has one house.
