Hallito y'all. Russ... never did have much use for officers. We would always pull a new second lieutenant aside and let him know if he listens to us senior NCO's we will train him and help him become successful. If he chose to be an officer and run things his way, he will fail. And fail they did!! The smart ones took our advice and learned and prospered! Good luck to ya Russ. Let me know if you need another bottle of smoke. I probably have a bit of artillery charge 4 smoke left in garage!!!
