Happiest of New Year and a phenomenal 2021.
I'm now being called to watch a movie suitable and targeted for 5 year olds. Ooofff.
See ya next year.

Big young guy at the store with a big hand cart brought it out to the truck, both of us tilted it on the tail gate and lifted the end up. Hardest part was sliding it all the way to the front of the bed. Was 1" too long, but a push on the tailgate compacted the cardboard and packing enough to close it. I was thinking the reverse to get it off, but afraid if I tried that by myself, when it overcentered coming off the tailgate I wouldn't be able to keep it from slamming down. I think the ramp idea will work fine, but still want someone on the other side to make sure it doesn't wander off the side. The past 10 years or so I've learned, sometimes the hard way, that just because I could do something 20 or 30 years ago doesn't mean I can do it today.
A 3 day hangover is a doozy.

Was just looking at the instruction manual, and it says that instrument part isn't assembled, needs to be put on. Guess I missed that looking in the box. Hope it's there, but that can wait till tomorrow. Thought about removing the motor, but that doesn't look like a simple unscrew it.

Buncha fireworks going off. Hey, that's what you guys have been posting about, it's new year's. Happy New Year, and may everyone's income last next year. Seems like we've all been pretty lucky with that so far.

I'd say that, but it wouldn't do any good. So far this has been a really mild winter up here, didn't even get heavy salt in the neighborhood till yesterday, past 4 or 5 years they were pre-salting and pouring it on with even a possibility in the forecast.

I'm calling it a night for the 'puter. Fix a snack and Irish Cream laced coffee and watch a movie, probably be too noisy from now to midnite to think about sleep. See y'all next year.
