Getting laid... That phrase sounds familiar, give me a moment, maybe I'll remember what it means.
Good morning all. Still awaiting the test results. Tom Petty was right the waiting is the hardest part. Meanwhile the co-worker that gave it to me has been tested along with his son and wife and they are all positive. I feel pretty much the same maybe a little better. My symptoms are just like a mild cold and I am treating it the same as I do a cold, Alka Seltzer Flu & Cold. I also am keeping up with the regular regimen of vitamins, OJ, zinc and Zicam that I have been taking since March when this thing broke out. Not out of the woods but so far I think I am okay. I am praying my wife does not catch it. We are trying to distance from each other but good grief we are in the same house.

next door neighbor had 3 daughters in the house, one got covid (not even any symptoms, routine work test was positive) but none of the others got it. She stayed in her room, though, that probably helped a lot. If this was a deadly disease we wouldn't have much unemployment for a long time, lot of folks getting it.
Incredibly stiff & sore when I got up this morning, but it mostly worked out after a couple hours. Did a early grocery store run, one closest to me is seldom busy during the day, but the lot was crowded, cars milling around looking for a closer spot, so I just came home without stopping. I don't do crowded stores, viruses or not. Gave up trying to think of something for my oldest grandson, thought of a few things a while back, even ordered one, but the order didn't go through and everything else was out of stock. So was going to get the usual milk & eggs at the store and get some cash, just give him $100. I might drive by again this afternoon (if I get out before the blizzard hits), otherwise he gets the $60 I have and an IOU for 40. The family already knows I'm eccentric, shouldn't raise any eyebrows. I know when my daughter was growing up, her friends would sometimes tell her I wasn't like the other Dads. I was relieved to hear that...
Just had a thought, a long time ago I used to get money out of some kind of vending machine, I wonder if those are still around.
