I monitor my sleep with my Apple Watch. Sometimes it says I am awake when Im not. Maybe I am a sleepwalker LOL

I did have one night recently that it picked up nothing. Never moved I guess.

I have also worked with bosses who do the "Analysis to Paralysis" pretty good.
