Haven't notice any big families of Hispanics like that, just a few guys sharing a house so they could send more money back home, very quiet, blended in quite well. Around here Asians would be more likely for a large family, and probably nobody blends in better. Haven't seen any that look like "flop houses" other than a few more cars in front, the ones wanting to pay this area's higher rent than riskier inner circle suburbs or in the cities blend in pretty good.
