Hey, Mick...it has definitely been improving. Problem is that I'm not getting enough sleep. I was told that my heart was functioning at 40% when it should be at 60%...explains a lot.

No idea....pressure pills have me getting up often . Just seems that I wake up at 3am and can't get back to sleep.
