Evening all. Time off is here. No work until Monday. Golf in the morning, ride in the afternoon weather permitting. Late tomorrow I start the Thanksgiving feast. It has to ready to eat between noon and 1PM. That means I need to get a jump on everything I can before I go to bed. It's tough being the cook in the house. If you are not the food creator at your house consider yourself lucky.
