You will have days you feel great and do something you shouldn't...put you down for 3. I have mostly accepted the fact this takes about a year and have stopped, lemme borrow an Al phrase, doing stupid ****.

No lifting, twisting, bending at the waist, etc.

Alcohol and walking are your friend.
