I've gotten my share from driving in Chicago. It's pretty annoying because they actually shortened the duration of the yellow down below the 3 second minimum to make money. Which they did. But they also created a spike in rear end collisions because now people jam on the brakes at a yellow to avoid the ticket.

Do they refer to that as The Body Shop rule?

After devouring the tenderloin, this is going to be one tasty moose. He was only about 2 years old and grain fed, being that he hung around grain fields compared to swamps.
We should see the meat back in a week or two. The butcher likes to hang em for 4-5 days and then he freezes everything for 3-4 days to make sure it doesn’t bleed in people’s freezers.
We are getting 4-5 roasts, 10 lbs of stew and 10 lbs of minute steaks. The rest will be ground into hamburger with 10% pig fat. We aren’t big on big game steaks. We still prefer beef.

I've never had Moose. Plenty of Venison, but that's about it.
