Chris, don't know if you can test an O2 sensor. Russ might know. Not sure if you can clean them either, but I'd pull them, check the wires, make sure their in the right orientation. If I remember they're two colors and have to be in the right spot, not sure which goes in front pipe and which goes in back. Might be worth trying to clean them with an ultrasonic cleaner, those things work great, I clean everything that will fit in it. HF has them for maybe around $70 on sale. A good tool to have around the shop.

I’ve only ever cleaned the O2 sensors with a sonic cleaner, if they were in question, I replaced them.
