Lamina is the bone on the back part of the spine. They cut that off in this type of surgery. If they just do one or two vertebra usually a one night stay in the hospital. They did mine from L2 to S1. Woke up with a drain tube sewed into my back. I wanted to leave the next day. Doc said screw you, you can leave when that drain tube stops draining blood and fluids. I was in there 5 days. I'm glad I'm getting back on my feet because I do not want a repeat of this ever again...

It was a cluster. Not very informative but it wasn’t my show. I added my little piece of the pie then fielded some questions, that was about it for me.

Hahahaha.....I've got a little bit of everything in the freezer....ribeyes, T-Bones....

Lost 18 lbs since my surgery....

Alrighty then... they didn't have that done but seems any back surgery puts oneself thru hell. I think that this is probably a good time to listen to the Doc, you don't want to screw their fine work up for sure. I should not be the one advising because I rarely listen myself!!
