Not so much a diet as making a few adjustments. We always ate healthy food for the most part. Very rare that we have anything fried. Most of it is made fresh by Cheryl and she somewhat follows a Mediterranean diet plan. I just need to knock off the booze and carbohydrates.

The garbage men will be pleased too. The recycle barrel won't be filled with 80 pounds of bottles every week.

If it was warmer, it would be a good time for riding, they're finally finished with road projects that made as far as I've gone this year into a giant maze of detours and closings. Gonna be warmer next week, which bike do I want to sacrifice to the salt gods...
