Good evening political pundits. Finished painting the main color on the house. Started at 10:00 and finished at 5:00. Still have to paint the trim. Build and paint the corners the accent color and build false window shutters. I'm beat but I loved having a paint sprayer. Only used 4 gallons.

Thanks Chris. Not quite. Market price in it's condition wood be about 410,000. That's about avarage here in town. Nicer houses are going for 700k.

 

The color is Highland Lock. We looked at all the reviews of the best paint and Bear was at the top of the list and only 50 a gallon vs Sherwin-Williams at $90 a gallon.

I have to build the shutters for these two windows and some fancy valance thingy at the peak of the roof.

 

My place, that sucks compared to Russ', is valued at 330 now. 2 acres on a 14 acre lot. I can hunt and camp and never leave home.
