Afternoon all. It's been a good day. Went for a nice ride to lunch. Took the sidecar rig out with Scooby and did a couple laps around the neighborhood. She wasn't even the least bit apprehensive today, looks like she loves going for a ride. Mowed the backyard and now I am getting ready to prepare dinner for us and another couple. Happy hour with adult beverages along with Meridian Shrimp and Seared Sea Scallops drizzled in lemon butter sauce. Main course will be Grouper filets and Tuna steaks, mini yellow potatoes with butter and sour cream, and corn on the cob. Carrot cake for dessert if there is room. I love being on vacation, I get to go off the low carb diet. Monday it will back on the protein.

 

Cripes can my wife and I be the other couple? I'll bring beer.
