[QUOTE=Spartanden;19479741]Chuck.... before you take wheels off to balance, consider this..... get some RideOn and squirt in your tires. Google them and read their site and find out how much you need. I've used this in 2 tires so far and it works. It primary use is to balance, secondary it does provide some puncture protection, not like slime. It does not stay gooey and crappy in the tire. I put the RideOn in my tire and went for a short ride. 3-5 miles on secondary roads to get the stuff moving around, then onto the highway to get the speed up and balance. It does not seem to settle and let tire go out of balance. When I got on this spring, I rode easy on the way home getting my road skill back. Never had a shutter. When they change tire next time, the RideOn will be in the tire and not smeared on the wheel.
I ran that in the last set of tires, it wasn’t perfect ,just ok. The front tire took 2.25 ozs of weight, it smoothed it right out.

Today in our travels.
The sign in the visitors center said “ Federal offense to get closer than 50 yards. Pretty sure killing one would be frowned upon also.

Evening all, just got home from a 12 hour drive. We spent a couple of days in Maggie Valley and a couple of days in Danville VA, my home town. Was going to be up there until Saturday but decided to pull the plug and come home. My Springer has the sidecar installed and is ready to pick up. I am anxious to get it in the morning and start the learning curve. Wish me luck.
