I am still watching and becoming more depressed by the moment. Seems there is some conflicting evidence regarding the use of alcohol and longevity. Pro tip....it's over, boys!

Too many healthy people die of nothing. I'd rather have fun and live a little.

Mick it can be pretty depressing. I've watched some people who looked old and unhealthy trotting up some of the nastiest hills on a triathlon. Probably one of the things that got me to go back to the gym and be more active.
