It's serviceable. Trying to find the seal kit. Fist trying to figure out the Mfr of the cylinder. It could be 4 different mfr's.

We have a good sea/bearing place here in town but I cooked the seals when I heated up the spanner ring with a torch. Otherwise I wood just match the seals up. Much cheaper that way.
