TOAK, The Thread of All Knowledge Part XII
Chuck, I bet lots of people are 'ill' on major holidays as a way to avoid family. Not saying that's you, just a general observation.
I get to see my entitled millennial nephew and his wife today. He and his wife thought to ask my sister and BIL for a trip to Bora Bora for their honeymoon after their wedding a couple of years ago. I’ve never seen my sister laugh so hard. The sad thing is, they were serious. My sister was already pissed about having to pony up for **** at their wedding and my dumbass nephew didn’t even walk his mother to her seat. The worst crime at the wedding? No booze. ********.
Millennials without booze? Not tolerable. Sherri had a friend with a son that was the textbook definition of entitled/millennial. When she passed away last year he learned the condo he shared with Mom was actually owned by her brothers. A rude awakening ensued and when last heard from he had met an older Canadian woman online and was headed north. I won't go into the Freudian implication of that.
I wanna post it, you know I do, but Doc is our friend.
