Stan, if you'd get something other than a flip phone or use an upgraded version of Lotus 123 you'd have better results.

Just put a 21.88 lb. turkey in the brine. Will start smoking it tomorrow morning.

Flip phone ?? Sir, my bag phone performance is superior to a flip - especially with my antenna at full staff !

Ours goes into the brine today as well. Turkey on the Treager. Marvelous.
