Unless the insurance company deemed it a total loss most states don't require it to be a salvage, Greg. The bad part is Arkansas is very close to us and they are a great state to 'wash' titles, i.e., buy one with a salvage and get the state to issue a clean one. Bad biz but guys try to get away with it.

I believe Colorado is one state that doesn't require "Full Disclosure" as in flood damage in particular. Buyer beware.

Having spent time in Colorado consulting in some of the stores the group had I can say any dealer or dealer group worth their salt will disclose. Easier to avoid the headache up front.
