TOAK, The Thread of All Knowledge Part XII
nothing crazy Lou...some tracked equipment, a few broken down snow plows, most interesting was a concrete crusher they use to recycle old foundations etc. never seen one before, it's on its own set of tracks to crawl around the site where ever it's working. big and bulky, was a bit of fun getting it on the trailer.
most exciting thing around here in a while was a guy hauling a big hydraulic pile driver, took an on ramp corner too tight and flopped the load. right at the only exit out of town. it laid there for 10 days or so until a company out of the city came with a bunch of iron to get it back upright and onto another trailer. machine weighed around 170,000 lbs. no small task, gonna be a steep insurance claim for the trucker.

Crazy Terry! Be safe! Not many road hazards here but fires and stupid people. Always found it amazing to watch truckers drive though SF with a load.
man that fire is unreal, they were saying on the news over a thousand people missing now? sure some crazy video footage of people driving thru the fire
