I don't know, so far I don't have too much trouble sleeping.

I am usually asleep by midnight, back up at 4:30, toss and turn till 6:00, time change really screws with me!

I'm asleep by 9:30 during the week, up by 4. 10:00 on the weekends and sleep in til 6.

I lived most of my life on 5 hrs of sleep, things don't change when you change careers!

Doesn't matter when I go to sleep, always toss and turn. I'm usually getting up some time between 2-4
