When I moved to Miami in '92 I was shocked that I ran across ZERO Mexicans....
I was too overwhelmed with all the delicious Cuban food I discovered that I got over it, besides, I could make Tex Mex. I had a party one night and I made Fajitas. I marinated the meat overnight in lime juice, seared it over coals chopped up and served with fresh ingredients....everyone was tripping out, especially a couple of chicks....
