Sabbath rules... the genesis of Heavy Metal and there's a lot more to their music than most people understand. They're a really great blues band with distortion

You are probably more in tune with the intricities (is that a word?) lol of the different bands. Maybe. I just know what I like..

But I love ya man.

You younger guys wanted to out-do the best **** ever & we old dudes understand that.

On a technical note.... the 80s/90s produced some of the best guitarist I've ever seen. With a few exceptions though, they just don't have any heart in their music. There's no more experimenting, the music industry tells people what to like now. One of the reasons I like extreme metal... the fans are loyal and the bands play what they want, not what they're told to.

Sucks I never got to see Sabbath live. I was in the Army when Ozzy rejoined em and for most of their time back together. They announced their final tour, and came nowhere near me. I've seen Ozzy, but seeing Sabbath would have rocked.

I never got to see Sabbath live. Would have liked to have.
