The CARFAX should tell you where the car was registered.

My understanding is that they have to have dash cams in order to get insurance.

just that it was a lease for the first 4000 miles another 1000 in between dealers and test rides, ya just know a few salesmen took it for a weekend here and there.

Friend of mine ran a used car lot came home with a different car almost every night.
