I wish we had an HOA here. We'd kick Stan the **** out of the neighborhood in a heartbeat.

Yeah it has an HOA. No pool though!
Its an apartment like condo in a little town of Tumbler Ridge. The town was built on coal. The 3 mines have shut down in the early 90's. They re-opened and then shut down again. They have since re opened 2 of the three mines back up. The town it self has 2700 people.
